Buddii Box Return & Refund Policy

At Buddii Box, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Please note that used or damaged items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To start a return, please email us at contact@buddiibox.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for shipping your item back.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email info@buddiibox.com with photos of the issue and your order details.

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, please mail it to:

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
